how long did it take untill you can get around the track and drift atleast average scores around most corners, without crashing and slowing down tremendously.

It's been quite some time since I first played this game, but I would guess it took me about a week or so to be consistent at average-expert scores. Again, that's just a guess since I can't hardly remember my first beginnings....

1 week is fast. u've got to be either a really fast learner or played a lot of other racers.

Under one hour. It's easier if you play TXRD, which is much harder.

txrdriftking i thought drifting in txrd was easier than drift 2. i didnt even need to use the e brake in the first one. But i got pretty good drifting on txrd2 in a week or so. Just took some getting use to.

you dont need brakes sometimes in txrd2 either. go fast, dive into corner, countersteer. only works without any braking at all for some corners though, and you need to handle it at really high speeds
