I need to do some racing online for the achievements and whatnot. If you were interested in picking up the game I would definitely do some racing with you online. I actually just recently 100%d the game, like within the past week or two.

It's not very active really, but you can catch people online once in a while...so far the only luck I had was against someone named "whiteninja" or something...and he was a complete jackass. Beat me with a maxed out R34 (how creative) when I was driving a Celsior that was obviously much less tuned. I figured he might pick something better matched to it, or go to stock cars after the first race but he kept using his Skyline. The depressing part is that I almost beat him in one of the races...afterwards he sends me a message telling me I suck. What a cool guy.

Anyway I wouldn't mind running into him again now that I have a full tuned Celsior and Supra :P

I could grab it when I have some money. Mostly I've been playing BlazBlue and MvC2. I dropped a bunch of cash on a SF4 stick and sanwa parts for it so I might as well have every 2d fighter the system has to offer :p

I tried SF4 on my bros comp and didn't really like it too much. SF3 and SFA3 were better games imo. Blazblue i'll definetly get sometime, it sucks how new games cost so much.

u shud give kof 98 UM a try then, it's cheap since it's xbox live arcade download(think it was 800 pts). it's got a huge cast with some memorable characters, great music, a lot of depth, great balance, 3 on 3 battles, a lot more fast paced and varied than most SF games, etc. as long as you dont mind the dated graphics, since it's an old kof game.

I also gave garou mow a try. it was ok, but overrated imo. the gameplay are more sfish, in that it's 1 on1, movelists are altered from what i'm used to(since terry's in both series), you can't roll, only around 12 characters, etc. You can still short jump which is okay. The graphics dont seem too diff from old kof games eventhough it's supposed to be close to sf3 quality. I guess it's somewhat more simple to memorize, since everyone has 2 qcfX2 supers. Maybe if i give it a chance i'll like it more, who knows. for now it's just DOA4(if u like 3d) and KOF98 for me

Haven't tried online time attack, but battle mode is promising. However, do bear in mind you start racing from a DEAD START - anybody with a lag-happy turbo will definitely be left accelerating at the starting line (...like I got dusted :)).

Here's hoping more people race!

Yeah. BOY was that a wakeup call! Hahaha!

Yeah, but how about rolling in the Crimson Devil car? My gosh that thing is just flat out unfair. I shouldn't have been able to handle corners like I did.

How are you supposed to reduce lag? Because that happens to me too.

Hmmm, lag? Do you connect on DSL or cable speed? Is your xbox 360 hardwired (connected to the net by a cable), or is it wireless?
