Okay round 2 is here!! YAY!

(no drifting here, im going to contact rotary for him to set one up!)

this will be different than last time, antu wont be posting his setup, I will be posting one, but this time the point of the competition is to see which is faster EVO or IMPREZA!

it will be judged similar to last time, whichever group of cars(one group is evo, one group is impreza) gets the least amount of accumulated time wins..(me and antu driving)

im driving an EVO so we need 3 EVO's and 4 IMPREZA'S

the course is going to be HAPPOGAHARA UPHILL

RULES:

:cars may be any variation of evo or impreza (NO SPECIAL CARS)the 22B is allwowed so dont forget!

:the power must be limited to 400ps

:we recommend you build them in record challenge,

thats pretty much it,

whichever group gets the least amount of total time wins,

make sense? if you have any questions ask.

the entry's will be first come first serve! so if you want to be on team evo or impreza post asap so you'll get the spot.

thanks for participating last time! I hope this one is a sucsess too! ill see If why_spyder will participate(he didnt respond last time! )

I prefer tuning the Subaru's but I'll try my hand at an EVO again. Good thing cars from Record Challenge are recommended because I have to start over with a new game until I can get a PS2-to-PS3 Memory Card Adaptor (or go back to using the PS2  ).

it goes decent, and it'll be my best hope.

i think i'll sit out of judging this one. i'm not too used to drifting 4wd and it'll take awhile to adapt.

I think i'll try to tune an evo or impreza depending on which side needs an extra entry since it'll be interesting

lol, I dont know if mines fast, EVO TEAM FTW!!!

so far we have a maybe of 2 subies, and 1 evo, nice to see you this time why_spyder!

Im really interested to see how fast we can make these things go!

im nervous, I dont want to be a slow car again!!!!!!

Ill probably build mine in record challenge too, 3 hp difference, so not that big of a deal..

the time range I would see is between 1'32'-- and 1'20'--- thats a guesstimate..

well, ive got good and bad news.

the bad news is that my Impreza i just built then is shit for grip.

the good news is: its one hell of a drift car!

so, im thinking, if we do a drift division, ill use it for that, if not, then hatchi and antu, i give you some advice.

when trying to grip this car, DO NOT ACCELERATE out of the corner. you completely spin out and fuck up every time (well i do).

btw, my Abarth got a 1 23xx on Happo

my cars a little touchy too, 1'23 is a good time, it will be prob. over a week so you have plenty of time to get it right! Im tuning mine every day, fighting for those milliseconds..!!

meh. i dont want to mess around with my car anymore.

ive turned it into the ultimate drift machine. now, ill say this, i SUCK at awd drifting, but this car handles magnificently, and i can drift it on happo so easily (well on the first few hairpins).

im gonna make another version 1 impreza, maybe ill get the setup right for grip this time.

^true that, happo is pretty hard track if you think about it.

steep grades, sharp turns, and especially that turn before the tunnel, that turn always fucks up my run.

but damn is it fun!

ok kool ^

after practicing on the uphill, i realized something

if your doing a CA attack, go slow around the first turn, then floor it. you'll get more speed for the next turn.

i guess we have to give in the setups asap.

hope i can get a decent 1. kind of busy with mizuki no densetsu plans, as well as making a drift mix with various games, and making a takumi vs ryouko crossover vid.
