everybody here probblay knows about the Devil Z, and how when Akio first gets it how he crashes. Well not too long ago I and my friend decided to build a Devil Z which is the Class C S30Z. when we tuned it and i drove it I noticed how it was the hardest car to control but after a while i was able to get it down, but then something weird happened. When I was driving in a strightline on the Wangan I noticed that the car was starting to pull to the left where there where some barieers. I also noticed that after a while i couldn't drive over 138 MPH, and that was in Third gear!! I wonder if the S30z really is a Devil. Has this happened to anyone else?

devil Z car requires a near perfect setup. once you get this setup down however, its an insaney fast, but still hard to control, car. i dont remember the setup needed tho.

You got the wrong Devil Z. The real one is class A and you need to unlock it by defeating the final boss (rival#400).

If I'm right the Class A Z is a 280. Which isn't the Devil Z. The Devil Z is basically a early model 240Z. The body and weight differences are quite different. Also, I think the 240Z is a Class B not a Class C. So that might be the difference. But yea, I plan to get the 240Z(Found Craft Man just now, need to repaint my car).

I got confused about this too. I'm no expert with these cars but I'm pretty sure the Devil Z is class A. It looks identical to the class C S30. The class B you are referring to has a slightly different (longer and sharper) nose and is probably the 280, not 240Z.

Yea, I read up on this. The Devil Z is the Class A, but it's not the true body that the Devil Z was built on. But the game has it listed as a 280Z, but it's a 260Z(It has a 2.6 liter motor). But the real Devil Z ran on the 240Z base. But it`s close enough to mess with people.

the class B one is a 240 but it's the G-nose version so technally it's a 240ZG.

I guess part of the confusion stems from this car having so many aliases (S30, Fairlady Z, 240/260/280 Z/ZX/ZG) and variants. I understand the number corresponds to the engine displacement but I've yet to decode the different body types.

I always had trouble telling the difference between them as well. They made these version Nissans so confusing.

I'll be kind. The Class A is a 240Z with a fully tuned R34 Engine. Buy a R34 and the car and tune the engine. You'll get the same specs. <.< It's the Class C version with a RB26DETT. Basically everyone had it messed up. That's why there is so much confusion. But yea, the Class B in a 240 with a G nose. But yea, the Class A IS the Devil Z. <.< But you need bodykit setup to make it look just like the Devil Z. That is the only problem.

yes that's right but what i was trying to point out is that it seems like the car drifts to the side where the barriers are at on the wanfan and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

i would immagine it has somthing to do with your suspension setup some cars tend to do that when poorly prepared. no offense.

it happens to me when i usually just get a car. try setting damper down lower on front/rear. what does it weigh, and unless it's doing somthing totally different then what im thinking then your guess is as good as mine.

i remember that always happening to me when i drove that car. it used to be nearly impossible to keep in a straight line so i remember i had the wackiest settings on it to make it work right. all i remember is that the rear was lower than the front when i set it up.

The real only way to make the devil Z work is to tune it like a drag race car.
