There is a couple ways to post photography and videos on this forum.

For photography, I personally recommend Photobucket.com for its ease of use and it's free! Registration takes no time at all, and Photobucket.com makes it easy to posts any kind of photos. Once you have uploaded photos to the site, simply copy and paste the IMG tagged link. When you post, the photo will automatically come up.

For videos, YouTube is by far one of the easiest and most popular. Simply register and upload your videos. Just copy and paste the URL link to your video. As far as I know - video's cannot be embedded into the posts. You can also upload videos to Photobucket.com as well. If you want to share the link to your video in your Photobucket.com account - copy and paste the URL tagged link.
