Anyhow, here goes...

If you equip a full critical tune level 1 engine set, level 2-1 and 2-2 will show no apparent gain although I think the full set shows some gains.

If you remove the level one stuff then install level 2 parts in order you'll gain more power (although the 3rd part being level 1 or level 2 makes zero difference)

This can make 20+hp more than simply tossing the better parts on (given 400hp), so do it lol.
