This car is best on Hokkaido, but does fairly decent on any course when it's raining. However, this car is no good in the snow as is - it cannot corner at all. And on dry courses the rear end of this car is way to spin happy.

sorry to say, I've never been able to make this car work on Hokkaido. All of the time, there is understeer.

I guess this setup won't work for you then. Rally tuning isn't my 'thing' but this has worked decently for me and my driving style so I thought I'd share.

The problem with the way I drive rally is that I try to leave the car's setup's stock. This works for the Evo 5. Sorry if I offended you.
