Sounds like the PS2 version's pretty crappy. I have the Xbox 360 version myself, and I'm very happy with it, to be honest with you. I bet you it's going to go into Nail's Favorite Driving Games Part 3, if I ever get around to making it.

Sure, it's not challenging, but the game does have neat ideas that actually work out quite well. Like people have said, there's the exploration aspect, which is really cool. And the car selection is very impressive. I just wish there were Porsches, and then we'd have the classic supercar trifecta here (Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari).

I will be first in line when TDU2 comes out.

well i have to say, if there is a TDU2, i may look at it, even if it's for the PS2...the vast environment was fun to mess around in...xD and it takin place in Hawaii is kewl as well....maybe this time in OMFGS, Japan? lol touge runs ftw

I heard from wikipedia they were planning to release a TDU2 this year. Don't know anything else about it apart from that.
