So I started playing this game back in 2001 and have been playing it on and off, still have not beat it. I dug out my Dreamcast and played it again a few days ago.

1. Where does "The Last Boss ???" appear? I raced him once or twice but can't remember where it was.

2. How do you beat him? He takes off like a freak'n rocket.

3. What is the best car in the game? I currently have the CP9A6M (fully upgraded) and the VGTS (not fully upgraded). I cannot corner at all with either one.
