Hey guys, i just bought this game in the form of Kaido Racer (NZ/Aus version) and i so far like it very much ...

But this game seems to keep going round in circles, i have an ae85 hunk of crap that cant beat anything in anything else but drift.

So, how do i get better cars than the lackluster lineup of econoboxes and 80's "Sports Cars"? Is there like something i have to do or like a button to press in the car lot of something?

Btw, i dont have the manual because i got it preowned and the cabbage who owned it before me lost it, obviously.

Well restart carrer mode because u got 85, get the nissan march from the 80's its light and surprisngly fast after a few upgrades

Okay, maybe i will do that but the main point of my question, while not obvious was when do i unlock better cars like silvias and skylines?

usually they show up at random in used car lots, i forget how u unlock lool

This is really annoying me, in another topic in TXRD Gen some guy says he's on day 8 and has a s15 silvia ...

Maybe Kaido Racer is different? Graphically, it's exactly the same.

I would guess the base of the game is the same, and only the title is different.

However, there may also be a difference in licensed cars for the game - but I doubt they would exclude those Nissans from a game like that...

When you started TXRD did you have a decent range of cars? Like in Toyota how many did you have? I have 6 in toyota, Suzuki Has 1, nissan has 2 ect ...

nope. i think you should get an trueno and just keep drifting till you get i better car. thats what i did but that might be the hard way idk its different for all.
