I personally like Initial D. In fact, I actually have two dvd's, although one of them is unfortunately scratched up. Plus, I'm looking to head on down to my local library on the 4th to pick up probably Volume I and VI of the manga.

I like Initial D mostly because of the racing. I dont really pay attention to the storyline so much.

I'm Initial D fans too

i love battles n Initial D. My favorite battles in initial D is Takumi vs Shingo.

its one of my more favorite battles from first stage (my favorite being Takumi V Ryosuke just for the pass sequence)

My favorite has to either be Takumi V Tohru or Takumi V Kai

I watched initial-d because of Keisuke and Ryosuke. And also because the arcade game was win, until I bought extreme stage for ps3, which wasn't even similar, but still pretty good anyway as far as twitchy arcade racers go.

How about a duct tape death match where one hand is taped the wheel, one to the gear stick, one foot taped on the clutch and one taped to the accelerator?

And when you engage the clutch it can't be disengaged and when you put the throttle in it automatically goes to full throttle and stays there?

Of course on the windiest road in japan.

and speaking of Initial D...i just went to a japanese goods store in the neighboring "county"

i got a copy of ID fourth stage (86 V Cappu) for $4.50! How was it so low? Because the subs are shitty as hell!!! ☺

I got it just cuz it was cheap...the audio and visual quality are great, which was also why i bought it, but i probably won't get much entertainment out of it (i already watched the battle on Youtube and such)

I have an Inital D dvd rip onto cd, i think it's the very first episode.

It is subbed, which is how i prefer my foreign languages.

It was actually pretty boring.
