Ok, it needs a better review than that shit one from YouTube, that one faggot. Anyway, ill review Burnout 2, thru Burnout 5 (its name eludes me now but whatever) since i havent played Burnout1 or Burnout Paradise.

Burnout 2 Point Of Impact: This game was the shit!!! when i was 10... anyway, its still entertaining to a point. ok there's a few modes in this game: Championship, Custom Champoinship, TA, Quick race, Crash and Pursuit. The champoinships are career modes basically, and you start off with a few cars named just by the class they are (no real life cars in this) such as, Muscle, SUV, Pickup, Cuope and more. You unlock custom versions of each car along with others such as the Cop car, Super car (looks like a Mclarren!) Oval Racer and others. You pregress thru the games, doing stunts while racing: drift, near miss, oncoming and air time. While doing these stunts you fill up a boost bar. Once its full you get a boost, be careful tho, if you crash, you lose that boost. When you do crash, you go thru a cinematic of your car crashing, rolling, losing body panels, ya know, all the shit that would draw a mindless crowd. Anyway, graphics are 2001 good, and its kinda inaccurate or.. a lot innacurate. You can drift at any speed (lol i drifted going 160MPH and didnt crash! lol!) You can get air time, well your suspension doesnt snap like a twig when you land, although if you go off at the right angle, you can barrel rolls, making you chuckle for a few seconds. all in all, id give 3 outa of 5 because of inaccuracy.

Burnout 3 Takedown This was a big step from B2. Better graphics better crash engne new cars, its looks snazzy! You do pretty much the same thing in this from B2 except there is more tracks, more crash zones and sweeter looking cars. They lowered the cars to 5 classes: compact, Muscle, Coupe, Sportsand Super. (then special but whatever) They added a new feature in the game; a Takedown, hence the name. In this, you can activly bash opponents so they skid uncontrollily into, cars, walls or semi-trucks making them explode1 ah yes the best stress reliver if you just got out of traffic. They also have Signature Takedowns, where you takedown an opponent in an certain area. (Takedown into a mobile home, Sig Takedown: Homewrecker) This game is really fun, but it can get you going with those takedowns because opponents can take you down too! Id give 4 out of 5 yet again because of inaccuracy.

Burnout 4 Revenge Ok if I were to describe this game, it would be this: Burnout3 was a really good joke, then Burnout4 is over-doing it. It sucked. First off, they got rid of quick race mode so any racing you wanted to do, you had to do career. In B3 when you crashed, if you hit an opponent you got an aftertouch takedown. Well in B4, when you crash, you lose pretty much all of your momentum in a rediculously short amount of time. Plus they screwed up majorly with this part: I forget what its called, but its a mode where you can rear end trafiic going same direction and not crash. WTF?? that gets rid of a challenge!!!! Plus they added jumps that send your car extremely high in the air, and you come back to earth unscathed...yea bullshit! 2 outta 5

Why are you complaining about a lack of realism in Burnout 2? That's kind of like watching a porno and then complaining the plot is too shallow. You're just missing the point XD

uh....when was i complaining about inaccruacy, sure its inaccurate, but it kinda what makes the game fun.
Oh i forgot about Burnout 5 (thats not Paradise!) Burnout 5 doesnt need a review because it was just as bad as Burnout 4 Revenge. They pretty much did the same stuff in this one that they did in B4

Yeah they do, they're not made for crashing, as when ya crash the biker dissappears, and the bike just kinda falls on its side and slides, they're made more for speed, mucking about online, that sorta stuff. Heres some pics of what they look like:

I just bought Burnout Anthology (box set of Burnout 3, 4 and 5) mainly for Burnout 3 since i sold my other copy, so now i can give a description of B5 Dominator.

K so Burnout 5 Dominator has some differences from Revenge. They (Criterion and EA) relized their mistake and brought back quick race mode and got rid of traffic checking (ramming cars from behind with crashing) and also got rid of crash mode which really isnt that much of a loss to me. but....the cars are UGLY! Lets take the muscle series for example. Everyone who loves muscle cars would note that muscle cars have a boxy look to them. (to me that's what makes them cool other than a 440 roaring under the hood (ahhhh 69 Charger R/T)) Well, its like a prius collided with each one of these cars! Theres one muscle that they based off the 64 Corvette Sting Ray (you can tell by the basic shape) but it looks more rounded than the sting ray is. I know they cant use exact replica's of cars but it would be better to be time period appropriate (60's and 70's keep it boxy) Game play is reletivly the same, yet again when you crash you lose momentum in an instant, not enough time to take anyone out. Unbelievably they made some positives though. They brought back boost chaining from Burnout 2 and instead of just one Hot rod, they have a whole series of hot rods (one looks like a truck tho, but i think there where trucks made like so) One other thing, I think EA is starting to lose focus with their music selection. The only song on there that i know is "Would?" by Alice In Chains. They put a fucking Lindsey Lohan song on there, five fucking versions of it (one in English, Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin and Spanish) but aside from that, the game accualy is more like Revenge than any other in the series. I'd give it a 3 out of 5

pretty much. I mean to me, ever since EA came abord, they screwed it up while meshing it with sometstuff from their Underground series (if you listen to an exotic on Paradise, it sounds exactically like a Lamborghini from NFS Most Wanted and on)

yea they should've along with whatever shooting games they made (Battlefield wasnt it?) Except for NASCAR. They didnt do a good job with their NASCAR series, I think that NASCAR heat and Dirt to Daytona are a better version.

That's why I like this game.
The stupidity of that is why I like it.

You're refering to the Rossolini Tempesta, I like the car, even if it sounds like the Lamborghini from the recent NFS series, and i have played and Beaten Burnout Paradise, The game is pretty good, but what I hate about the game is.... EVERY CAR HAS INFINATE GEARS. You can only reach "Top Speed" if you boost, and that only lasts for a while before the cars continues to infinatly change gears.
