Mine was 39 wins, until I was leading another racer and we came to a junction. I went one way and he went the other, thus resulting in a draw and breaking my winning streak. I was using the MCR Skyline FYI.

if its wins in a row then 369 if its the longest without going back to your home then mine is about 52

how do you guys win so much in a row? after awhile tires make it almost impossible, and theres the chances of things like cheap starts, running into yellow vans that look like they have enough space or in the other lane, going the wrong way since you dont know which way the rival goes, etc

Nah I can relate to them....I once had a winstreak of over 123 wins in a row. The vans are very annoying.....and having draws screws with my mind like no other.

I believe my longest streak was 48 wins. It was my first play through and I had a very fast FD that even the emperor and the supra knights couldnt hang with. That car would hit 220+ with no issue and no over boost.

I've come to find out that going to rest areas cools your car while not messing with your win count.

mi highest is 10 i like leaving early since the rivals change every night (i passed the game 100% and my record stands at 834-5-9). Although that wont be the case every time its good especially when i use the devil z!!! sadly it only does 185 without boost...

25 in my current run through the game. But this is because I'm sticking with a Toyota Chaser the entire game.

Surely though, I don't think getting a high win streak would be hard if you put your mind to it. I mean, I think you can just race the same weak racer over and over again.

Even thought I bought an Gameshark, I only used it for Windy Fanfare's idiotic money requirement.
I mean, who would re-race the same weak people over and over again to get that amount of money? (Besides for an easy win streak, like you said)

Oh, don't worry about my Chaser. I have the engine swap and I'm doing over 700 PS and my highest top speed is currently 214 MPH. Just beat Jintei and I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go racing in Osaka or Nagoya next.

But the heavy weight is a big liability, not to mention it's prone to spinning even after I've done everything I can to correct oversteer, hence the low win count.

This is why you will have a problem in Osaka.
Nagoya is basically really long straights, with a few turns thrown in.
Osaka is a totally different story (at least in the lower half).
The boss that will be a problem in Osaka is the Corvette ZO6 from Darts.
The GT40 from Darts is actuallly slower than your Chaser, according to the boss car speed figures I did a couple years ago.
Try Nagoya.
If the Bishop, Rook, and Knight are a problem, try Osaka.
I'd do Nagoya if I were you, mainly because of the Chaser.

Oh, don't worry. This is my favorite TXR. I've been through it several times and I pretty much know what to expect. This is actually the second one-car run I've done. The first was in the RX7 FC, and I remember that being harder, simply because the maximum PS I could get was about 600 with it, even with the engine swap.

I declare this TXR to be the 2nd-best.
I liked TXRD the most.

I like TXR0. I guess because the collection of cars.

Longest Winning streak? Mine was 90, but I did it with a Keep Garage data, used my FTO to complete MOST of the first stage of Tokyo, I had to leave the highway Since certain wanderers appeared only on certain days and so on. ^^;

mine was like...32.. ( i race clean. no wall hitting/cars. ect.) with an engine swapped mustang. cruised at 230 without the need to select boost.. and the car for some reason racked up miles insanely fast. i beat the game with it then raced a week ish to 2 weeks with it. had about an extra 3,000,000$ + 6k + miles on the car... cant wait to get new ps2 silver slim in so i can play again. thinking of racing with 180sx all through game then do the L6 swap. should be able to cruise over 200+easy with good handling, considering the weight.
