Damn, my car ended up being too expensive, but I thought it only count the points of parts that were worth 100.000cp, which would be 23 points but did not know it would add the price of the car. Congratulations to the winners.

Yeah, it definitely pays to have a cheap platform, lol. I couldn't believe how much of a CP difference there was between the AE86's and my 180SX until I started putting together the data. Look at how much everyone could add to their little hachi's before they even got close to the cost of a stock 180SX....
There is always a shot at redemption in the next challenge.
I may consider changing up the point system somehow to try to level things out... there's an idea rolling around in my head that I may experiment with.

what amazes me is the fact that you can drive fast in a car with nothing installed just a piece of engine power without changing anything in the configuration.I needed the higher level parts to prepare my FC, even to take away the turbo engine and full, yet would be turning in 1:33 and lost anyway.Congratulations.

Wow a three way tie awesome, why_spyder you should try to find a way to make this so that everyone has to stay within a specific range of cp spent like maybe no more than 3 million, it would likely make this more challenging for everyone, and it would be easier to find out how good everyone is with very little installed.

Before I started through CP at parts I went around to see what would get me the most power for the money. What I found was that Engine Part C Level 5 boosted my power over 20PS+ and was one of the cheapest single part upgrades - I really think it might be that way for other cars as well.
I did change the settings of the car a little, such as brake balance and steering angle - as well as dropping the ABS and TCS. The great thing about the Silvia's is that they do handle well even with just added power. Even though the car is a little drifty it works well with how I drive - a little loose in the rear.
Check out how your RX-7 power changes with just changing Engine Part C.... let me know what you find out.
Beast345, that is definitely an option - maybe before the next challenge is made I can make a poll for people to vote on and voice their opinions. I want more people to participate - makes it much more fun.

I thought the only piece that really increased the power considerably was muffler H level 3, but like I said, even if I had taken the turbo and he was with the motor A, B and C normal, yet I would lose because of the value of my car.
