maybe weaker brakes, more wing angle, and decrease the engine parts. kaido brakes are pretty strong at default so they lock easier than a real car would. more downforce also help reduce wheel spin at corners at the cost of drag and top speed. Remember this game hardly has any long straights where you can get over 100mph and not have trouble slowing down for the next corner. Try depowering it. all lvl 5 is a lot of power, which means it'll take more effort to control. The only reason to use so much power imo, is to keep up with some rivals on the initial straights in some courses, and training. A little bit of tcs to reduce wheel spin is sometimes good.
remember me and shifts fd's were the fastest in touge showdown, and we were also the least powerful. This was my settings. It'll still snap a little, so my advice maybe increase the front camber and decrease the rear a little.
