It's been awhile since I've play this game. However, I do remember a wanderer requirement that could be very annoying. You need to drive a car that has more than 2,250 miles on the odometer and that is the only car in your garage. If you spent lots of money buying and upgrading cars you'll have to sell all but one to get this one to come out. Ugh.

I know this topic is 10 days old, but there IS an alternative to selling off all your cars, and that's transferring them all into your Sub-Garage, there are slots for up to 15 cars in there.

Hmm, I'm not aware of any sub-garage in TXR2. I think you might be referring to TXR3? In TXR2, you only have one garage and can fit as many as 50 cars! In TXR3, your regular garage has a 5 car limit plus 15 in sub-garage.
