i havent played lfs for about 2 months, mainly because xbox 360 is taking up more time, and my dfp is still plugged into the ps2 for txrd2.

I might get back into it sometime and repeat the cycle though.

fooled around with some guy last night and ended up trying tandem(and screwing up) a lot, but it was fun and i suddenly seemed to get a little more skilled(still amateaur in comparison). I also find it easier to drift after the 1st lap, must be tire wear.

btw u should try drifting the LX4 & LX6.

I also find my weakness is mainly determining the right braking points after a long straight. I learned that i can brake harder in LFS than TXRD2 with my usual setups though, since my TXRD2 drift setups make me spin from hard braking easily so that helped.

update: seems like i can't play at all untill they get new drivers since i'm on windows 7 now.

1st i had no force feedback since it auto caliberated, and then the peddles dont work after installing drivers.

supposedly a few ppl have the same problem when i searched in forums, and no1 has an answer yet.

btw how do u do 360s like that

Quite easy
Turn right hard, then left until you spin, then when you get halfway countersteer and that will pull you round

finally got my peddles working correctly so i can play. my skills are a little rusty but i managed to have some decent drifts ^^

btw how do u extract movies since i feel like uploading something on youtube, which i think u guys will like

got fraps, but it seems like i can only do a max of 30 sec per video, because i dont want to pay $50. I tried snagit but it seems too choppy.

anyways my results, if anyone can recommend an easy to use program, or a hack for fraps, let me know
