I have all of the tracks except the last 5 is that because I havent completed the game? also I have Kaido Racer 2 in case that makes a difference.

You need to check out the Rival List to see who you need to beat to unlock more courses. It's the rival's in this game that determine when parts, cars, and courses are unlocked.

I would have LOVED to drive yuki no otani. just didn't unlock it though
