anime bunta is definetely cooler. but movie bunta was funny as a child abuser/alcoholic.

you can't really compare the movie to the anime. the movie was only 1:30, it's impossible to get character development compared to having 4 stages and still going in the manga. it did a decent job as a stand alone touge movie, thats not japanese, and can capture non initial D fans.

Which version of Keisuke's FD did you like the most...?

1st stage (5 spoke wheels, huge ass spoiler)
3-4th stage ( i honestly don't know the time...it has the benz-like wheel with the milder spoiler and the mazdaspeed front facia)
4th stage race (Amemiya widebody, etc)

I have that Initial D film, ain't watched it in a while, you're right about the characters not being portrayed correctly (such as Bunta) but I need to watch it again before I can really comment

even tho i havent seen he 4th stage ...ill say 4th stage amemiya because i love Re amemiyas work

You could just lower it. I lowered the front and rear to -24 i think or -18. I just wish the kit came with the headlight conversion as well.

mine was lowered its just...not low enough for my liking

i don't think it lost its wheel...but during fourth stage, takumi goes against Toruh (>.< forgot last name), who drives a MX5...he tries to do a maneuver takumi did...and crashed

I have to saw without a doubt that I love Godfoot's BNR34. even though I way better with a GT-R. (lol) Godfoot actually showed that a GT-R isn't just a heavy car that over confident people drive (yeah Zack I'm talking about you.) Plus he could drift it. I liked the scene where KT and Godfoot where racing and they both did the u-turn in front of the cone at the same time. Is that even possible?

BTW Has anyone here taken the jumps on Iro. in the archade version and watched behind them as Caine (SW20/MR2) took them? I always laugh when i see him do it because his car will go through the ground for a sec, and bounce up and down.

when i played thattrack i hadnt seen that episode yet so i didnt take the jumps...lol im in bali (another country) on holiday and i payed 15,000 rupia to use a computer ...15,000 rupia is like 2 aussie dollers XD

even though that's 2 aussie dollers 15000 still sounds like alot

nah its not...a drink is like 5,500 rupia so 15,000 isnt alot of money to the locals either

did anyone bother to try replicating some Initial D cars in your TXRD2? I got Takumi's 86, Keisuke's 4th Stage FD, and I'm still planning on remaking Kozo Hoshino's BNR34. Just need to get the right Yokohama wheels and body color as to the anime...
