I'm a noob drifter, so I'm really inconsistent with my drifting. Can someone help test and comment on my settings? I've been testing this on Haruna.

I dont advise you use ABS that strong or TC man, and your rear suspension is far too soft for my liking.

Alright thanks I'll check it out when my classes are finished. My goal for my current trial setting was to be able to break out the rear easily with cranked up LSD ratios and use tire grip and understeer settings to get the forward "pull" in a drift. Though I guess as a noob tuner it's easy to go somewhere WTF?! with settings.

i would suggest abs and tcs 0. a bit softer suspension in the front for less understeer, normal sized tires so they don't grip too easily.

note that i don't play with a controller though so i can't steer as fast, but have somewhat better sensitivity and better throttle/brake control.

if you are playing with a controller, also set abs and tcs to 0. tcs makes the car acts funny and not drift, while abs does somewhat the same when you brake.

Thanks rotary. I wasn't too sure about how much ABS affected my ability to drift. I think I got too used to playing with stock settings on a controller (Beat the whole game without custom settings lol).

driftoner thanks again for your guide. However I think it's too pure of a drift car for my goal, which is to create a setup that has best of both worlds. Although now I'm questioning why a noob tuner such as myself is trying to accomplish the impossible :P

I took your existing setup and changed things around a bit.
Since you are a noob drifter, I suggest dropping the tune of the power-related parts to 3.

Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night
Now's the time to make the time
While hope is still in sight
Let us not go gently
