I've made a couple of suggestions on how we go about in the call-out section. Here's a couple of which I made that could maybe be useful...

we call each other and ourselves through certain Alias names we like when addressing challenges. You know... to get that TXR feeling intact...

A sort of TXRD2 style. If anybody wants to try this out for the TXR0 series and so forth, this could be applied as well. I just need to know a couple of answers and restrictions from the board before this goes on into play. (which was approved by why_spyder... sort of...)

IN spoiler...
Post up your car with stats, receiver replicates car and attains time that challenger gave by PM... To be sure that it is secluded unless challenger wants it to be posted & challengee agrees.

Oh, and for answering challenges.
1.Reply with a POST REPLY. Only one challengee at a time. If someone else wishes to challenge the same person/person's alias/character. Wait for final reply concerning finished battle.
2.Challenger should post something afterward once results are in.
3.Results could be discussed by challengers through PM or if agreed, by another POST REPLY.
4.If challengee loses (acceptor of challenge), only he/she could declare rematch if they want or could post another message to challenger concerning the battle to conclude race contract between two. From this point, another challenger could issue an acceptance message.

I enjoy this idea and support it. But I think Character Profiles should have their own section.

yeah it should. I wonder if Why_spyder would approve of this suggestion too... adding a Character profiles section in the call outs or teams/crews section where each user could post their character profile/s.

Nope, I'm not around at all.

I still visit the forum everyday, but I don't post as much right now.

As for the Character Profiles, do you guys/gals prefer to have them under the Call Out Section or just under the Team/Crew Section? Let me know either on here or PM, I should see both.

I suggest on the call out section under the name/thread name: "user's character profiles" i think that would be the best way to have things sorted out properly for this site. btw, I posted one challenge already, heh heh... an easy mode one.

ANOTHER GUIDELINE: ON POSTING TIMES/RECORDS TO BEAT

1. The time to be posted should only be the time record you set. No need to add the penalties. As long as you beat the general time set, that is your primary goal on winning a challenge.
example:
Your Time: 1:30"XXX <- this one only.
penalty 0:30"XXX <- Ignore
final time: 2:00"XXX <- Ignore

2. CA challenges could be posted here as well, just like the TXRD series. Follow 1st post on where and when to post records.

The Call out section might be dying so here... I have another proposal:

Suggestion A: Fighting your Intial D, or Wangan Midnight Max Tune characters how you exactly want it: CHALLENGING!
Who wants to battle your favorite racing Anime Character (Initial D, Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune, or the Originals of the Kaido Series)?
Here's how we do it for TXRD2 (someone else might like to lead for the ITC, TokyoXtreme racer series):
1. I make a list of who you could race exactly. See the Initial D Akina challenge thread for who are available. As for WMMT, the only ones available are the guy in the purple Evo 5, Tatsuya Shima's 350Z, KoChan's FC, Makoto's Impreza and 300ZX, Reina's first R32 and Akio's 240Z.
2. I'll post the pic of the car along with the stats.
3. I'll post the time to beat.
4. But I'll need PM's of who do you want to include and which track to place them.
5. Once the character is made, and timed, the time will be posted along with a replay if it is possible.

Suggestion B: GHOST BATTLE RACE LIKE THAT OF WMMT
Do you want to challenge each other and make a video of it?
1. Post your car along with essential stats
2. Post your time
3. Accepting Challenger will remake the car and make a ghost in Record Challenge.
4. Race the ghost at the best of your abilities
5. Make a news out of it, BBS style.
6. Continue a chat until you wish to block it.

Do you both have to use the same car?
i think it would be good if we could both pick different cars

You only have to use the same car: just for the rival.

example:
rival's car: NISSAN CS14 silvia

what you do:
car for ghost: NISSAN CS14 silvia
car you'll use as rematch: any car you wish to choose
