3 practice laps total time at Tsukuba raceway Wet.

I havent played 5 yet, so if TC Wet is on there, then yes, it can be on there. 3 doesn;t include this course.

i had a 25%game save...

then it got deleted, then i cheated...

if i couldhave a budget/limit of parts, would that be ok as well?

ANY parts, dude. If it's a budget, then its ok. Just make sure you have that course. or, just go to special conditions and race normal Tsukuba wet.

Well i used a Lancia Stratos (250HP; Road tires) and i got 1:12 which kinda sucks...but lol road tires

damn this is getting frustrating..
Even with my high power NSX, i keep understeering like hell...my Stratos was doing A LOT BETTER than my nsex.. Guess i'll go crazy and try out my Datsun 510

So i take it the rules are :

Any Car; setup;tuning options (except tires, Sport-level or lower)

and

Tsukuba (Wet)

I guess this challenge is also viable in Enthusia, but idk...

oh geez...

lol well i know this is unfair...but with the 100% game save, i used the polyphony F1 car for the first time yesterday
